Sharccara has been preparing taxes since 2007 and brings nearly two decades of hands-on tax industry experience to Excellent Tax Pros. Over the years, her role has expanded far beyond tax preparation, and today she is involved in nearly every area of the business.

As Office Manager, Sharccara oversees day-to-day operations, including client coordination, scheduling, workflow management, document processing, data entry, office organization, and communication. She helps keep the team on track, supports clients throughout the process, and makes sure the many moving parts of tax season come together smoothly.

Her responsibilities also include business planning, systems and processes, technology, website updates, marketing, tax-season preparation, and other administrative functions essential to the company. She has also expanded into tax software reselling, giving her experience on both the client-service and business-operations sides of the tax industry.

Although her title is Office Manager, she is a key part of the daily operation of Excellent Tax Pros and helps connect the people, systems, and processes that keep the business functioning. Her focus is making sure the office runs efficiently, the team is supported, and every client receives the attention and service they deserve.
