Sharccara has been preparing taxes since 2007 and brings nearly two decades of hands-on tax industry experience to Excellent Tax Pros. Over the years, her role has expanded far beyond tax preparation. She now oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, including client coordination, workflow management, scheduling, document processing, and the many moving parts that keep tax season running smoothly.

In addition to her work with Excellent Tax Pros, Sharccara has expanded into tax software reselling, giving her experience on both the client-service and operational sides of the tax industry.

Her role may say Office Manager, but she is involved in nearly every part of making sure Excellent Tax Pros operates efficiently and clients are taken care of from beginning to end.
